Since 1982, the Ward family has been rooted in the ancient olive lands of Safita, in the Tartus Governorate of Syria. Ward Modern Olive Mill was established that year with a traditional Italian hydraulic press — a method that honoured the craft of generations before it.
In 2004, the mill was upgraded with a Pieralisi Super 1 centrifugal extraction system — combining deep-rooted heritage with modern production technology. Today, Ward.Olive coordinates international trade through our UAE logistics hub.
